Setting up account

Hi
I have been trying to set up a new account and have not managed to login yet - tried resetting password and re-registering but when I get the message to say I have been sent activation code I then get nothing. Have checked with systems people to unblock any emails but nothing found.

Also when trying Android app on tablet I don't see all the functions - link for editing profile for example is not there.

I'm afraid I haven't got into the application yet, let alone tried it out!

I find I can't re-register as I really need to use my uni email and the software says the email has already been registered - which of course it has.

We had checked the spam and anti-virus systems within the university and nothing had been received from the Colwiz domain. The activation notification was simply not turning up.

Having tried again several days later the message did arrive and appear to have a an account now set up.
