Viewing an article that I have annotated

Hello, I'm new to colwiz, I set up an account and read and annotated an article.
When I went to view the saved article the annotations were missing.
Can you help?

Apologies for the inconvenience. Where did you annotate the articles? If the annotations were made on the desktop application, are you sure you were signed in properly? Have these issues occurred with other PDFs? Thanks.
