I run a Mac Book Pro. Colwiz plug-in has been installed in MS Word (2011 version), but does not appear anywhere on my MS Word Toolbar. I have uninstalled the plug-in, then re-installed it, but it still does not work. Can anyone help?

Can I just confirm, when you are attempting to use colwiz plugin for Word 2011 are you navigating to the ‘scroll / ribbon’ icon, which is located in the toolbar at the top of the screen, in between the ‘Window’ and ‘Help’ tabs? The Word plugin for Mac OS differs to Windows and is not similarly positioned. Also, when you attempted to uninstall / reinstall the plugin was MS Word running? If it was, please try restarting your system and the colwiz Word plugin should appear.
Please follow the steps below to enable MS Word Plugin on your Mac.
1. Make sure MS Word is closed. Confirm it in Process Monitor and Force close MS Word.
2. Now go to Colwiz (left top menu) Plugin → Configure MS Word → Configure plugin
3. Install Plugin.
4. If it asks for an Uninstall then Uninstall and the Re-install.
5. Open MS Word. The plugin should be visible.
