Reference not seen in my library

Jagadisha Thirthalli Jun 26, 2014 01:47AM BST

I am a novice to colwiz. I searched pubmed for a few references and clicked the + mark. It changed to a check mark. I presume that the reference is added to 'my library' somewhere. However, I am unable to find it in any of the folders of my library.

I tried adding through the web importer. A box says, "this publication is already there in your library. Click to see it in colwiz". However, when I click, only a message "loading" comes for sometime, but later I cannot find this publication in my library.

I am unable to insert references to MS word because of this.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Jagadisha.

Hi Jagadisha,

We have verified that you imported 122 references from PubMed into your account. But we still cannot determine which exact reference is not visible in your library. Kindly send us the full name of that reference so we may provide you a quick solution.

In the mean time, please follow simple steps at this link to rebuild your library. It might resolve the issue as the whole library data is restructured from scratch without losing any of your data.
