I really appreciate the functionalities that are offered by Colwiz. To-date I have been using on Windows. Recently my main desktop become the most recent iMac and I cannot get the Word Pluging working. In specific, when I click on the button Configure Word Plugin nothing happens. I have already uninstalled and re-installed it, re-started iMac..with closed and open MS Word Plugin but there is no change. I would very much appreciate some guidance on what could go wrong and how to solve it. [Posts on the Colwiz website that give guidance to reported problems with MacBook Pro did not help with this.] Many thanks.
It’s likely that the colwiz toolbar has been hidden. Please open your Word application and go into “View” menu on the top, then scroll to “tool bars” and then “colwiz tool bar”.
